For a long time, I thought surviving was enough. That if I just kept going—kept showing up, performing, achieving—I’d eventually feel whole and find love–and success.
But I felt disconnected, codependent, resentful, and stuck in cycles I couldn’t name.
It wasn’t until I started writing, asking harder questions, and forming a relationship with myself that I realized: surviving isn’t the same as living.
I’ve lived through addiction, emotional numbness, codependency, and the kind of quiet misery that hides behind a life that looks “fine” from the outside.
Writing, storytelling, and finding opportunities to inspire have been my lifeline. They’re how I process pain and turn it into something constructive—something beautiful.
Through ancient teachings, deep introspection
and honest observation of the world around me,
I’ve discovered ways to open my life
to feelings of wellbeing and quiet luxury
I never thought were possible
when I was chasing other people’s definitions of success.
If you’re still here,
I imagine you’re someone who’s wrestled with silence, too.
Maybe you’re tired of pretending, tired of noise, tired of only being half-alive.
This place was built for you.
I don’t coach from a pedestal—
I coach from the trenches.
I work with people who’ve tasted survival but want more.
Who feel the ache for something real but don’t know how to name it.
Who are done pretending and ready to come home to themselves.
My job isn’t to fix you.
It’s to walk beside you,
while you learn to trust your voice again..
I don’t believe in quick fixes.
I believe in showing up—consistently, honestly, and without the mask.
Through trauma-informed coaching, daily reflection, and grounded accountability,
I help you rebuild trust with yourself in a direct and nurturing way.
This work is simple, but not easy.
It’s about remembering what’s real—and reclaiming it.
When I’m not at the writing
& coaching desk,
I’m most often in the forests of Oregon—
hiking, mushroom foraging, chasing summit views, or following waterfalls into places few people go.
Nature is one of my greatest teachers.
I believe in art, expression, and creation as healing forces—
reminders of what’s possible when we stop rushing and start witnessing.
If any part of this speaks to you—
if you’re tired of just surviving,
if you feel something deeper calling you back to yourself—
it might be time.
I don’t promise easy answers.
But I do offer honest support,
clear direction,
and space to do the real work
of Self recovery.
If you're ready–
I’d be honored to walk with you.
